This concert was originally scheduled for 10 September but has been rescheduled due to recent COVID restrictions in NZ. There will also be two concerts held on the same day with restricted capacity at each event.

UPDATE: Due to the current travel pause on the New Zealand and Australia travel bubble, pianist Laurence Matheson is no longer able to perform with the Argyle Trio during their New Zealand tour.

Fortunately, eminent New Zealand pianist Michael Houstoun is set to join the Argyle Trio tour in Matheson’s place.

Wilma Smith needs no introduction to NZ audiences having toured NZ as “Wilma and Friends” on many occasions. The Argyle Trio, comprised of musicians of extraordinary talent, will bring us a programme of music by Debussy, Saint Saens and Brahms.
